Booking

Any appointments more then a hour will need to reserve the spot with a credit card and it is non-refundable. 


Tardiness
Scheduled appointments have a 15 minute grace period to allow for traffic snarls or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if I have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off my entire schedule and cause my other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services and will charge you full or half the service missed. Also there is a re-booking fee of $25.00.
 
Cancellations
Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance by calling 941-549-4377 or texting 941-549-4377. Please give at least 24 hours notice so that I have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list. I understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it's not always possible to give adequate notice when you can't make an appointment. However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, I reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.
 
No Shows
If you make an appointment that you don't cancel and don't show up for, I reserve the right to charge full or half service fee in addition to requiring a non-refundable deposit on your next appointment.
 
Any recurring appointments, or future bookings will also be cancelled in the event of a no-call/no-show. If you wish to keep your scheduled appointments, please call Star within 72 hours of your missed appointment to secure them.
